• Sponsor Registration Closes – July 10, 2020
• Sponsorship Web Materials Submission Deadline – July 10, 2020
• Sponsor & Exhibitor Payment Deadline – July 10, 2020
• Sponsorship Collateral Submission Deadline – July 10, 2020

How to Become a Sponsor:

Step 1:

Download the Sponsor Contract and return it with payment or we can invoice you under separate cover.

Please include the following information along with your Sponsor Contract:

1. Your Company’s High resolution logo
2. A URL to your website or your event landing page
3. A one paragraph, no greater than 140-word message you’d like to see displayed on the web and in event marketing literature.
4. Signage – Based on your sponsorship level you many display one or more signs within the venue.
5. You are responsible for providing and delivering signage to conference staff.
6. We’ll provide delivery instructions to you as we approach event day minus 7.
7. Sales Collateral – Provide us with up to 4 pages of sales collateral that will be distributed on a conference bag at the registration table.
8. A One Page or Half Page Advertisement depending upon sponsorship level.

Step 2:

Remit Payment and Contract by July 10, 2020.
